In this role; Mr. El Sabban is overseeing the strategic development and transformation activities for the bank’s electronic and digital channels aiming to avail superior and outstanding experience for CIB customers across the various touch points during their interactions with the bank. His work revolves around increasing customer engagement, making banking simple, meaningful and even enjoyable, through the 24×7 services offering across verities of digital touch points The main strategic objectives for the digital baking team is to evolve with the accelerated pace of technology, the wide spread of internet services, smart mobile explosion and the social media channels expansion. As it has become a mandate to offer unique value proposition and fulfill the diversified demands of each customer segment, the channels group is keen on building a robust business framework to digest such paradigm shift. Mr. El Sabban has more than 22 years of wide intensive cross-functional experience in managing, developing and implementing large scale strategic business improvement within the financial service industry. Assuming his various responsibilities, he manages to participate and supervise mega transformation projects related to the e-channels and digital payments across the Middle East and Europe.
