Mohammed is a Medical Informatics Specialist who leads and manage quality informatics solutions, electronic evidence based medicine and nursing, and benefits realization studies within Healthcare Information Technology Affairs at KFSH&RC. His previous working background were in critical care nursing, quality and patient safety. He has been working for King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center since 2002. Mohammed has master’s degree in health management from the university of York and bachelor degree in Nursing from Jordan University of Sciences and Technology. He is a certified professional in health care quality (CPHQ) and health administration and has a fellowship from the American institute of health care quality. His unique diverse experiences have enabled him to excel in managing, designing, building, and maintaining electronic clinical and medical information solutions. Furthermore, Mohammed’s interest is primarily focused on studying the benefits and the impact of health informatics on patient care delivery and safety.
