Mohammed Mosly has 15 years of combined yet unique blended experience between the private and public sector. Mohammed is currently Senior Director Strategic Engagement at the Job Creation Commission, KSA. In his previous role, he has served as the Deputy Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund, a leading Saudi government body responsible for driving the positive change and sustainability in the Saudi employment ecosystem. His role involved leading cross organizational teams in government and forming coalition within the relevant ecosystem of any assignment he undertook. Appointed by HE Minister Eng. Adel Fakieh and DG of HRDF on various key national projects to design and launch them, HE the Minister was overseeing his missions closely due to the excitement and impact the missions hold within them. His work also included generating collective impact from NGOs, private sector and SMEs to activate national initiatives. Mohammed co-designed and led national initiatives that sometimes involved more than 100 thinkers.   Some of the Key Roles Mohammed can add instrumental value to but are not limited to:   – Lead national portfolio of programs – Manage cross organizational coalitions – Form teams across various stakeholders to role out and activate plans   Formerly, Mohammed was the CEO of Bahareth & Co. a prominent company in the building material sector. Mohammed earned a dual concentration with bachelor degrees from Northeastern University in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Strategy. He later earned an Executive Management Development Post Graduate Certification from Michigan University Executive Education program. He is also a certified investment banker; certified by the Capital Market Authority.
