Paschalis is SVP, Head of Business Intelligence & CRM with FGB, one of UAE’s leading financial institutions. Before joining FGB, he was Director of Customer Intelligence & Experience at Piraeus Bank Group, where he developed and implemented the bank’s customer experience strategy as well as its bank-wide loyalty strategy enabling the its transformation to a customer-centric organization.
