Rashid is an expert in HR and in the establishment of new HR projects having more than 20 years of experience. He spent 11 years working in Central Bank of Oman (CBO) wherein he was responsible for Human Resources Development for around 500 staff working in Head office and branches.He established the company’s HR & General Administration Departments. He is responsible for all Human Capital activities in the Company. Act as HR, Investment , Administration and Corporate Affairs Vice President he focusses into Investment Developmentfor the Oman LNG Development Foundation. With his current focus on CSR & Corporate Affairs he emerges as one of the most dynamic Omani HR Leader. Rashid’s experience and practical knowledge, skills and capabilities are augmented by strong academic achievement; has a Master Degree in HRM from UK and Bachelor Degree in Marketing & International Business from USA. His outstanding work and initiatives been recognized local & abroad; received “HR LEADERSHIP AWARD ” from Council of Board members of Employer Branding Institute; World HRD Congress, Singapore. Also, received the following awards “Asia’s Best Employer Brand”, “The Best Practices Establishment”, “The Best Recruitment Strategy”, “Most Admired Company in Human Capital Management”, “Best Company in Omanisation”, “Employer of the Year” and “The Energy Company of the Year 2006”. He written, co-written research papers and made many presentations in HR, leadership and management development.
