With over 25 years of experience in Learning and Development Sajan Nair Leads Leadership and Soft Skill development initiatives for members of Knowledge Oman. He helps organizations define, operate and optimize their learning and development and talent management initiatives with the help of a range of technology based solutions. His mission is to “inspire passion for learning by constantly delighting people with the joy of a new perspective”.
