A highly developed tech-savvy accredited coach and strategist, he's shown a highly developed capability in leadership & people development towards development initiatives in Africa, with more than 20 years experience working in non-profit organizations, government and in partnership with private sector. He's also been involved in Grant management for multiple donors; management of finances, procurement, human resources & performance, M & E, quality, compliance, & risk as well as Institutional capacity development for
implementing partners.

His involvement in the deployment of the balanced scorecard, Public health program execution & oversight: health systems strengthening; reproductive, maternal & child health; HIV, TB, malaria; non communicable diseases; water, sanitation & hygiene, & livelihoods; community development has seen to the enhancement of organizational effectiveness.
