Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of RMS, a global consultancy specializing in organizational safety culture and leadership. With a safety career spanning two decades he has guided global leaders in their commitment to zero accidents and towards safety excellence across a range of industry sectors including power generation and supply, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, heavy engineering, and manufacturing.

Andrew is Professor of Leadership & Safety Culture at the Centre for Executive Development, (CEDEP) at INSEAD, Paris, France and Professor of Risk Management at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is a Vice President and Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Furthermore, he has chaired or given keynote papers at more than 200 professional development events around the world including the prestigious and innovative TED conferences and his books From Accidents to Zero and Safety Savvy are amongst the global best-selling books on safety culture. Far from being risk-averse, Andrew loves adventure sports including climbing, free flying, sea kayaking and swimming with sharks.

Hari specialises in mindset, resilience, wellbeing and how to feel superhuman. Hari’s wide and diverse career started with 3 years independent world travel, then working in law. This was followed by several years working for Accenture, The London Stock Exchange and Sainsbury’s in operations, project management and service management.

Hari holds a First Class Bachelors degree in Physics with Astrophysics from The University of Manchester and is completing a Masters of Science in Health & Wellbeing from Leeds Trinity University. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner, qualified yoga teacher and former leader of the UK’s leading personal development community, The YES Group.

He has shared his unique, powerful yet simple philosophies on health and wellbeing globally. From the TEDx stage and multinational blue chips to media, energy and financial companies. Hari also connects with thousands worldwide via his online programs, blog and YouTube channel.

His writings have appeared in several online and print publications, including The Huffington Post, and is the author of the mind-enhancing book - The Thought Gym, and co-author of the workplace wellbeing book - Working Well - with Professor Andrew Sharman.
