Course description

This highly interactive course is designed to introduce operations and maintenance personnel to the maintenance procedures of the turbine support systems required to attain high levels of availability and reliability from the gas and steam turbine. The course will cover the mechanical maintenance of gas and steam turbines by highlighting characteristic features, efficiencies, reliability and maintenance implications. We will also discuss the peculiarities of the combined cycle power plant dynamics.
