Enno Clauss studied architecture in Hanover and Madrid. After completing his studies, he worked in various planning and consulting companies in Germany, Spain and the USA. He continued his career in Henkel in 2010 as Corporate Real Estate Manager where he became Head of the Corporate Real Estate Management since 2012. His global strategic responsibility includes the steering of Henkel’s office portfolio. Passionate about the relation of organisational culture and phyical space he introduced and internationally rolled out the “activity based” workspace concept of the company.
Enno Clauss ist seit 2012 als Head of Corporate Real Estate Management bei Henkel verantwortlich für die globale Immobilienstrategie und die Weiterentwicklung des Arbeitsplatzkonzept des Unternehmens. Zuvor war er 12 Jahre als Architekt, Projektmanager und Corporate Real Estate Manager international tätig.
Mit der „Smart Work“ Strategie adressiert Henkel die Zukunft der Arbeit holistisch unter Berücksichtigung der Aspekte Immobilien, Gesundheit, Mobiles Arbeiten und Technologie. Im Rahmen der Implementierung werden unter der Führung von Corporate Real Estate derzeit weltweit die Bürosstandorte auf ein zukunftsweisendes Konzept umgestellt.
