Senior-Project Manager Health & Safety
E.ON, Netherlands
Following an international career in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs and having had various positions within E.ON since 2010, Paul started working in HSE in 2018 when he took over this responsibility for E.ON´s internal IT company.
After some years of “feet on the ground” HSE work with his team, he joined E.ON´s Group HSE department as senior project manager in early 2021, focusing on HSE strategy & annual roadmap planning, and the digitization of the HSE function within E.ON.
Since 2024, he has been (co-)leading the HSE Digital & AI program, focusing on the groupwide HSE App development, HSE data process improvements, and initiating E.ON´s first Artificial Intelligence projects.
Outside his job, Paul, as his wife, is a passionate mountaineer and cross-country skier. He is also active as chairman of the Mountain Protection Commission in the International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation UIAA.
