“CEDEP is an executive education club – a collaborative learning community of like-minded international organisations including L’Oréal, Renault, Moët Henessy, BMS and Sanofi who understand the value of open exchange and collective intelligence. Rooted in the real world and driven by the real-life challenges of its members, CEDEP brings together experts, practioners, and faculty from the world’s top business schools to co-create a range of leadership development programmes. These include open programmes specialising in developing and strengthening the leadership elements required for a strong and sustainable safety culture, such as CEDEP's flagship Leadership & Safety Culture programme (L&SC) Level 1 and 2, co-created by L'Oréal and Sanofi, and CEDEP's Safety Leadership Academy programme jointly created with SPE for the Oil & Gas industry and endorsed by the IOGP. CEDEP offers also highly-personalised HSE programmes, customised for each company.”
