Adam has held senior engineering and management roles in global oil and gas majors including Shell, DONG Energy, Petrofac and Wood. He has built CMMS hierarchies and maintenance programs for onshore and offshore facilities worldwide. He has held financial responsibility for major projects and consulting teams, with a focus on combining both technical and tactical responsibilities, building and maintaining a cohesive team, and delivering value.

He applies a holistic approach to asset management to ensure the clients achieve a strong ROI and improved operators.
Adam has been working with academia, industry and public institutions, and has secured both private and public funding for new technology development. Adam has delivered training in Ghana, Kenya, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
