Andre Fey, aged 52, holds German citizenship and resides in Norway. With an engineering background specialized in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), he has been employed at Norsk Hydro for over 20 years, filling various positions across the aluminium value chain in various countries, including being the global head of HSE and CSR. Over the last two years, his focus has shifted to the renewable energy division within Norsk Hydro, addressing HSE matters in water, wind, solar power, battery recycling, and hydrogen. This role encompasses responsibilities towards employees, contractors, suppliers, joint venture partners, and community relations. He is passionate about all aspects of health and safety, sustainability, climate change and nature as such – and in particular mental wellbeing as a prerequisite and enabler to a sound, engaged workforce.
