Anna Gruffman upholds a Master of Science with a major in Environment and Health. She has experience from both operational, tactical and strategical levels of Environment, Health and Safety work in a variety of businesses (Authorities, Manufacturing, Mining/Tunneling, Construction and now Energy business).
Anna has also been Technical expert of Swedish standard institute TK301/Health and safety management system and was the chairman during 2008-2018. She was also part of the group of International Technical Experts in PC283, Health and safety management system (developing OHSAS 18 001, now ISO 45001). Anna is a Board member and authorized signatory of SÄKU, the biggest Safety Culture Network in Sweden.
Anna consider herself to be a good team player, easy to cooperate with and open with a positive approach. Anna like challenges and do make things happen. Upholding positions in global matrix organizations has taught Anna to drive change, develop and motivate people daily and according to the results in her area of responsibility she do manage that quite well 😉.
Anna lives with her husband and two daughter in Stockholm, Sweden. During her spare time she do enjoy exercising; running, playing golf, riding horses and skiing. She is also a soccer coach (for a team of girls born 2010) and certified BodyPump instructor.
