Benjamin has a strong engineering background in Hazard Control, Risk Management and Mechatronic Engineering. As a German OHS and Fire Safety specialist, he joined Grundfos in 2013 as a Plant EHS Specialist. Over the years, Benjamin has earned various EHS qualifications, further enhancing his expertise. Since 2019, he has been an integral part of the Group EHS at Grundfos, focusing on building Health and Safety support in Service and developing globally aligned approaches to risk and incident management.
Today, Benjamin leads the Global EHS Center of Excellence, a team of nine specialists based in Denmark, the UK, Serbia, and Germany. The team oversees Grundfos’ global processes for Environment, Health, and Safety across global operations. Outside of his professional commitments, Benjamin is a dedicated volunteer firefighter and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
