Daphne has a 12 year (national and international) corporate work experience within several life science companies. During this time she pursued an Executive MBA study. It is then when she realized how important knowledge from brain science is; for this reason she left her corporate career and started BrainExplainers in 2016.
For the last 6 years she has helped thousands of professionals, from executive level to lower management levels, and organizations around the globe; by translating insights from (brain) science into strategy and execution to optimal performance.

Apart from expanding BrainExplainers, she received a certificate of ‘Basics of Neuro Economics’, is an executive brain-based coach via NeuroLeadership Institute, published her book “BREIN HART ZIJN” and co-founded ELEVATE in 2021.
