Professional Journey
Before joining Mars, Enrique spent several years in the automotive industry with different roles: Quality Manager, Technical Manager and Production Manager. He subsequently expanded his expertise as a Plant Manager and General Manager across multiple manufacturing sectors.
MARS
Enrique joined Mars in 2011 as a Plant Manager in Spain. In 2016, he relocated to Brussels to serve as Global Industrial Engineer, returning to Spain in 2020 in the same capacity. In 2023, he was appointed HSE Director for Europe, where he currently oversees safety strategy and operations across 21 factories and 13 distribution centers throughout the region.
