Since 2013 Gino Francato has covered several roles in business incubation and emerging market assessment at the SABIC, one of the largest chemical companies in the world. He lives in Frankfurt, Germany. Prior to joining SABIC, Gino worked at The Dow Chemical Company for 12 years in manufacturing and business development roles. Gino has earned an executive MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a MS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Padova. Creative, visionary and emotionally intelligent facilitator and coach in the areas of innovation, self-awareness and leadership. Beside co-founding the think tank Khemia, Gino created and delivered mindfulness, leadership and innovation courses. His interests include economy, philosophy, sociology, psychology, literature and rugby.
