Prof. Dr. Iñaki Lozano Ehlers is an internationally recognized leader in cultural transformations and the future of work. In 1999, he founded BICG as a spin-off from the German Research Institute Fraunhofer IAO, leading hundreds of cultural transformation projects for global corporations across more than 20 countries. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, helping organizations navigate the complexities of modern work environments. He is also a prolific speaker and writer, sharing his insights at conferences and institutions around the world, and presenting projects at the Deutsches Museum in Munich.
In recent years, Iñaki has expanded his focus to digital innovation, founding a suite of digital solutions designed to manage and optimize new ways of working. This includes tools like hyTeams, an app that supports hybrid work.
Academically, he holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from TU-Ilmenau, alongside degrees in Business Administration from ESB (Germany) and ICADE (Madrid), and studied Architecture at ETSAM (Madrid). He also holds an International Executive MBA from IE Business School and completed postgraduate studies at Singularity University in Silicon Valley. Iñaki serves as Professor ad Honorem at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
