Before joining Hemofarm, Serbian pharmaceutical market leader and a member of international STADA group of pharmaceutical companies, back in 2018, Jelena worked as a lawyer for more than a decade providing legal support to numerous international corporations. As Head of Compliance at Hemofarm, simultaneously responsible for the regional compliance of the Central and Eastern Europe cluster in the STADA group, Jelena works on the development, promotion and implementation of compliance and ethics principles in all key aspects of business. She supervises and provides support both in the implementation of local regulations and international standards of the STADA group and provides the necessary trainings, daily sužpport and guidelines for work in the areas of compliance.
