Leon Marsh is a design engineer by background, driven to match user needs with enabling technology to find scalable solutions to large problems. He spent 12 years with multinational manufacturers Philips and Nokia, working across design, innovation, patenting and manufacturing in the UK, Far East and mainland Europe. Then, in 2013, Leon founded Bodytrak to bring together his passions for technology and science to provide a new generation of smart safety solutions for individuals operating in harsh and remote environments. Key achievements include: granted international patents; validation of product-market fit; building of key international customer accounts; engagement of regional distribution partners; building a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team across international operations and securing investment of over £11m.
