Lisette de Jonge, started in 2018 as the first Global Health and Wellbeing Leader within Ingka Group, IKEA. Lisette is responsible for the global development and implementation of the Health and Wellbeing strategy. As a Business Psychologist her fascination for job satisfaction and employee performance began early. The specific interest in corporate wellbeing developed during her career where she realizes significant business impact by focusing on measurable health prevention strategies instead of reactive wellbeing interventions, based on gut feeling.

Within Ingka, one of her main goals is to operate in an environmentally sound manner while protecting and supporting the health and wellbeing of all co-workers, even when there is a need to respond to rampant stress, burnout, and mental health crises exacerbated by worldwide impacted situations.

Lisette is Dutch and moved in 2018 to Copenhagen where she crosses the bridge on a daily base to IKEA in Malmö, Sweden. Lisette has run multiple marathons and enjoys spending her private time outdoors, either on the water kitesurfing or walking her dog.
