Madelon Jansen is DriveTech’s International Sales Development Manager since 2014. Madelon has over 25 years experience in fleet business development, sales and account management. She has held senior commercial positions within ING Carlease and LeasePlan International, both in the Netherlands and overseas, responsible for the acquisition & management of key international accounts in over 46 countries. She holds a Master Degree in International Law, is specialised in International Business Management, fluent in 4 languages an all aspects of Fleet Risk and Global Driver Safety Management.

Personal note

My focus is to build long term partnerships with new and existing clients. To achieve this, I work in partnership with my clients and demonstrate how DriveTech adds value through its unique global Driver Safety Training Programme. I have a vast amount of experience working with large corporate businesses both locally and globally, to deliver solutions that have been reducing driver risk, as well as reducing fleet running costs.

During the last 7 years I have been implementing driver safety programmes in over 46 countries across the globe and appreciate the need that businesses need to think locally accommodating the different cultures, even if they operate globally. My experience with international corporate fleets and their drivers goes back to 2000, working for global companies such as LeasePlan and DriveTech. In all, I have over 25 years’ experience in both business development and key account management across multiple sectors, with a clear focus on developing strategic client relationships.
