Magda Szubert, Global Concept Developer for Offices at Ecophon AB is engaged in exploring the impact of various factors on people’s acoustic satisfaction in offices. Her research focuses also on the influence of room acoustic comfort on job satisfaction, productivity and well-being. Over the past 10 years, she has supported the development and implementation of sound work environments in offices for international companies. She holds a master degree in psychology and is a graduate of the Innovation Design Management program at SWPS University in Warsaw. She is also a vice president of the Polish Comfort of Silence Association, with the aim of raising awareness about the implications of building noise on people.
