Rachel Rae is the Head of Safety, Health and Environment at Nomad Foods, the leading frozen food manufacturing company in Europe. Based in the UK, Rachel brings extensive expertise in safety and environmental management to her role with over 20 years in the function as a technical expert and senior leader.
Rachel studied in Environmental Management at Newcastle University and continued her studies to complete a masters degree in Environmental Engineering. Rachel has a background in Environmental Regulation, spending a number of years in a regulatory role with the Environment Agency. More recently Rachel has had leadership roles in pharmaceuticals, heavy engineering and FMCG.
