Previously, Remy worked for various multinationals such as WestRock, Eaton, Archer Daniels Midland and General Electric in the field of Health, Safety and Environment. With 25+ years of experience in safety, Remy has found that the principles of Human and Organizational Performance have fundamentally changed his work. He uses these principles in coaching operational managers as well as training safety professionals. These principles are instrumental in creating a work environment in which safety is improved through collaboration and a proactive approach.
