OTC and the new Initial Margin rules. I started in Nordea Asset Management working with collateral and implementing a more automated process in 2014, as well as monitoring the EMIR reporting. Later I was driving the implementation of the EMIR Reg. VM rules and further optimization. I was the main driver on the project of managing the Initial Margin for a larger pension fund caught in wave 2. In the start of 2019 I joined Nykredit Wealth and Markets Operations as Head of Derivatives and Collateral Operations.
