I have been working in the global business services sector for a decade, and for the last five years I have been the Chief of Staff and Head of Site Management Office of the largest global business service centre in Lithuania.
My current role is very diverse, dynamic, requiring listening and working closely with colleagues from HR, Communications, Administration, Real Estate, Facilities, Security, Risk, Finance, and other departments. One of my team’s responsibilities involves bringing together professionals from different units and fields to ensure development of efficient and vibrant workplace environment for all 4000+ colleagues in Danske Bank Campus in Vilnius.
