Mick is a passionate and ambitious Health and Safety (H&S) Leader dedicated to building a robust safety culture by integrating culture, behavior, and structure. He focuses on transforming the way we think and act about risk. With a deep passion for yoga and mindfulness, Mick seamlessly incorporates mindfulness and wellbeing into existing H&S practices, positively impacting lives in an engaging manner.
With over seventeen years of international experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Mick currently serves as the European Manufacturing Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Director at Danone. In this role, he oversees manufacturing sites and is a member of the Global HSW Leadership team. His previous roles include various managerial HSE positions within the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and building materials industries. Additionally, Mick has worked as a consultant.
Mick holds numerous certifications and diplomas in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, Change Management, and Yoga.
