From my point of view the conference has been awesome. All contents shared were very interesting and aligned with my needs, more than any best expectation. The topics treated, the experience of the speakers allowed me to better understand many concepts related to HSE and behavioral aspects and leadership. I'm confident to be able to adjust the strategy and the roadmap that we are currently developing in Serioplast (SerioSafE Program) to achieve even better results.
