David is ISNs’ Vice President of International Operations, helping customers across the EMEA and APAC regions to reduce risk and increase 3rd party due diligence, based in Dubai. He has over 20 years of EHS experience across multiple industries, including oil and gas, construction, utilities, and heavy manufacturing. Over the years, he has assisted many global and regional companies, including BP, US Steel, Dow Chemicals, ENGIE, Tronox, and Valero, in helping them achieve effective HSE management, particularly in the areas of client and contractor relationships. David is also a former regulator in the UK with the Health and Safety Executive, with extensive legal and applied health and safety experience. He is a chartered member of IOSH (CMIOSH) and a certified European Occupational Safety and Health Manager (EurOSHM). David is also ISN’s executive sponsor for ESG / Sustainability and, in 2022 was named as a finalist in SHP’s Trailblazer ESG award.
