With over two decades of experience in HSE, Roland has built a multinational career dedicated workplace safety across multiple industries. Before joining Norsk Hydro, he spent years at General Motors and Alcoa. He held various leadership positions, including VP HSE Europe and Director HSE North America. Currently, from 2018 he serves as the Head of Safety and HSE Systems at the Norway based Aluminium manufacturing company.
