Andresa has been active in environment, health, and safety for over 20 years. After graduating as a Chemical Engineer, she continued her studies in Safety Engineering in Brazil while starting her EHS career. Andresa gained experience in multiple industries, including power, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and food where she has achieved tangible results in improving EHS performance. Andresa has been with Siemens now for over 15 years, in various HSEQ positions, and in 2014 she relocated to Germany to take up a position there. Today Andresa is the Vice-President of Safety for Siemens AG, based in Munich, Germany and committed to continually improving EHS performance through innovation, collaboration and leadership.
