Henriette Weiss

Global Head of Workplace Solutions
Philips, Germany
As global head of workplace solutions in Philips real estate, I am responsible to constantly adapt and overwork the vision and strategy of the Philips workplace design, based on employee requirements in alignment with the strategy of business, real estate (RE), human resources (HR) and information technology (IT). I develop and continuously improve workplace design standards that reflect Philips’ brand as a great place to work, to attract and retain employees and foster innovative, sustainable, flexible environments that can adapt to future challenges. For a company the size of Philips, ±80,000 employees worldwide, a homogeneous global approach to the future of work, underpinned with data and constantly reviewed and adjusted, is key.
I have a background in architecture and design, 10 years of experience in office design and am currently writing my PhD on the impact of hybrid on our work experience.
