Krisztina is a recognized leader in Group Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SHE) at Roche, focused on building safer, more resilient organizations. As the current SHE Network Lead – Emerging, she is responsible for strategically exploring and integrating innovative trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and future-readiness across the global SHE landscape. Her core expertise centers on security management, business continuity, and emergency preparedness—critical systems that enable the organization to successfully navigate and recover from any challenge.
With over 12 years of experience at Roche, Krisztina has a proven track record in strategic execution and complex transformation. She began her tenure at the Shared Service Center in Budapest, Hungary, and leveraged internal development opportunities to build expertise as a Project Manager, Agile Coach, and Facilitator. She successfully guided high-stakes projects and delivered high-value solutions, demonstrating her consistent ability to translate complex mandates into clear, recognized results. This unique foundation provides a decisive advantage in managing organizational risk and change.
Krisztina’s leadership is underpinned by a strong academic and professional foundation. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science, which informs her strategic oversight of global risk and regulatory dynamics. She has further professionalized her focus by obtaining an Occupational Health and Safety Certification. This combination of strategic acumen and practical expertise is essential to her role in driving resilience and security within the Group SHE function.
