Over the period of 20 years prior to having joined my present role I have established two separate new businesses with the first being in the field of petroleum products recycling and distributions/logistics including site location, statutory compliances, manufacturing/distribution process designing, selection and training of manpower and ultimately transitioning to business development on a national level. The second business involved building a national footprint of a leading regional FMCG company in the food sector which involved selection of location of distribution points across the nation, selection and training of manpower and transitioning to developing an entrepreneurship model of direct distribution on a cash and carry basis with a network of close to 500 vehicles and 2,000 distribution points across the nation. Both the businesses involved the leveraging of technological and inherent advantages. Presently, Heading the Business Development role for the last 5 years as Business Development Manager (India and Middle East) at Brentwood Industries India Pvt. Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of Brentwood Industries Inc., USA with direct responsibility of Business Development, Project Execution and Quality Control with direct reporting to the Managing Director of the Indian subsidiary and dotted line reporting to the Global VP of Business Development (Cooling Towers).
