Successful project management of Clinical Trials requires many skills and a mindset similar to elite athletes. A Clinical Project Manager/Project Leader must be able to balance the technical aspects, such as understanding what is required for the clinical trial, the regulatory requirements, design implementation, as well as managing competing demands and challenges throughout the project life-cycle. This course will equip clinical project managers with the emotional resilience, high-performance habits, and competitive drive of elite athletes needed for successful project delivery, while strengthening the technical capabilities required to manage complex clinical trials, efficiently and compliantly.
