Darren is a Senior Partner at RMS, a groundbreaking global consultancy specializing in culture and leadership supporting organizations around the world through industry sectors including mining, construction, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG for Fortune 500 clients including Apple, BAS F, Bayer, Burberry, Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, DHL, Heineken, IKEA , JaguarLandRover, L’Oreal, Mercedes Benz, MarsWrigley, MolsonCoors, PepsiCo, Sanofi, Sodexo, Solvay and Tata, to Non- Government Organizations (NG Os) including the United Nations, the International Trade Centre, and the World Health Organization.

Darren is an Elite Performance Psychologist, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and has held a variety of leadership roles in some of the most challenging environments in the world. He is passionate about helping people and their organizations become the very best that they can be.

As the author of the world’s only IOSH Approved and Certified (Institution of Occupational Safety & Health) Behavioural Safety Leadership Program he most enjoys working with organizations who want to go beyond compliance and towards sustainable excellence in performance.

Beyond his work, Darren enjoys international travel, live music, health and fitness, and he’s passionate about swimming in the ocean every day - where he does some of his best thinking for the clients.

Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of RMS, a global consultancy specializing in organizational safety culture and leadership. With a safety career spanning two decades he has guided global leaders in their commitment to zero accidents and towards safety excellence across a range of industry sectors including power generation and supply, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, heavy engineering, and manufacturing.

Andrew is Professor of Leadership & Safety Culture at the Centre for Executive Development, (CEDEP) at INSEAD, Paris, France and Professor of Risk Management at the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

He is a Vice President and Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Furthermore, he has chaired or given keynote papers at more than 200 professional development events around the world including the prestigious and innovative TED conferences and his books From Accidents to Zero and Safety Savvy are amongst the global best-selling books on safety culture.

Far from being risk-averse, Andrew loves adventure sports including climbing, free flying, sea kayaking and swimming with sharks.
