12th Annual Life & Health Insurance Summit

It is a very nice conference, and there is also a very family-like atmosphere here.

There are a lot of diverse speakers, inputs, thought-provoking presentations, and very enriching events.

I think the conference is all very well detailed, especially the knowledge part, but also the interaction between the participants. I like it, same as last year. It is a very good conference, and I give you a lot of compliments for it.

This conference is a combination of health insurance and life insurance, which makes it very interesting because you see that totally different departments of insurance companies have the same concerns. It is nice because this conference is not about money, profit, or cutting costs, but really about putting the customer in the center. You can see they are now looking for the right partner at the right moment to form partnerships that make an impact on the customer journey and their experience. This is one of the topics we looked at during these two days from different perspectives, and it is interesting to be part of it.

Every time I come to this conference, there is just something new that I learn. I know what is in the heads of business leaders, what their concerns are, and the new potential solutions that are out there. I do learn a lot.

It’s a very interesting conference with a lot of different subjects, being near to IT processes and all the innovative technologies. I also like the exchange with other participants.

It was a pleasure to participate in the conference, with lots of like-minded people looking at the future of insurance and having great conversations.

It is a good experience because we have lots of information and lots of different experiences, but one common thing connected with my health insurance is that we share common challenges in every country.
