Alessandra Chiuderi is the Head of the Group Analytics Solutions Centre of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.

After completing her academic track with is a degree in Mathematics followed by a PdD in Automation and Information Engineering, she started her professional career at the Joint Research Center of the European Commission working on the usage of neural networks for to remote sensed image processing and production forecasts to support Directorate General VI Agriculture and Rural Development decisions.

In 1998 she joined Vodafone where she has covered different roles both at Group and Local level: from setting up the first churn prevention model, to the setup of a cross-operator and cross-country Mobile Payment System, to heading the Consumer CRM.

In 2010 she joined Arnoldo Mondadori Editore (main Italian publisher) as Head of CRM with the mandate to support the company in moving from product to Customer centric approach: in this context she built from scratch the entire CRM ecosystem while cooperating with HR to promote an internal change management program.

In 2013 she joined Sky Italia as Head of Digital Care and CRM enablers with the responsibility of providing Customers with a reliable, easy to use and free of charge set of functionalities to manage their contract while increasing revenues through digital and non-assisted channels.

Since 2016 she works for Assicurazioni Generali where she is responsible of the Group Analytics Solutions Centre, a structure created to support the digital transformation of the Group through the development of Data Analytics.
