Joshua Palmer is a Senior Manager in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP, specialized in project management and solution delivery for ERP-enabled business transformations. Josh has held key roles including project manager, integration manager, and solution architect to lead teams between 10 and 50+ to implement supply chain management, customer relationship management, and finance solutions for clients across North and South America, and Europe. Josh enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing squash, and is a graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University where he graduated with Distinction.

Project Manager for a safety regulator’s multiyear ERP transformation. The client initiated the program to re-engineer and harmonize business processes across the organization and replace their legacy systems through the implementation of Microsoft CRM and Epicor ERP applications. Josh held overall responsibility for 50+ project team members across EY, the client, and two third-party system integrators. Josh implemented program governance, managed program budget, built and maintained project plans, compiled and delivered weekly status updates, and monitored and mitigated program risks/issues.

SAP Warehouse Management Team Lead and Solution Architect for a $14B+ dairy company. Led a team of 10+ team members through the design and build of the global SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) template for 30+ distribution centers and manufacturing plants. The solution has been successfully deployed to the client’s South American and U.S divisions and resulted in improved operational efficiency, an empowered warehousing workforce, and increased inventory control and traceability.

Integration Manager for a multinational food company, managing 20+ Consultants across three continents through the design and build of 80 complex, custom SAP warehousing solutions. Josh’s responsibilities included oversight of solution design to ensure solutions fully integrated with upstream and downstream processes (customer service, manufacturing, and finance), status tracking, and risk and issue identification/mitigation.

Developed a first-of-a-kind methodology and supporting prototypes to enable the rapid deployment of SAP to 2000+warehouses to support a fortune 500 client’s strategic supply chain transformation.

Configured and tested inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes within SAP’s Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) for a CPG company’s fresh bakery business.
