Kolja received an Master of Business Administration from several universities and interships in Germany, Australia and USA. He has been working for 15 years in different sales and marketing functions B2B/B2C for FMCG companies, such as Nestlé and L’Oréal. He has occupied positions within business development, digital media, category management, marketing management and joined the chemical industry with PPG 6 years ago where he became Head of Marketing for Architectural Coatings DACH in 2017.
With business strategy, portfolio and innovation management as well as digitalization of the business and its media initiatives he achieved double digit YoY growth for PPG’s B2B and B2C paint brands.
Kolja’s mission is highly growth driven. With further digitalizing the business and motivating sales and marketing teams on efficient, agile colaboration his mindset is concentrated around the benefit for customers.
