Timo is heading marketing at ACTEGA, a division of the internationally operating specialty chemicals group ALTANA. In this role, he focuses on developing innovative product and service offerings to help converters and printers to respond on changing end-use demands and market opportunities in the packaging industry. He draws on more than 15 years' experience in marketing in the chemical industry, as well as in the automotive industry. Previously, he developed and implemented a business model for leading car manufacturers and utilities for an e-mobility start-up company. Prior to this, he headed the marketing and product management department at H.C. Starck’s tungsten and ceramics business unit. Prior to this, he served as a business consultant with Accenture, advising global chemical clients on growth strategy, reorganisations and performance improvement.
