Senior Workplace Strategist
Jennifer is a Senior Workplace Strategist on Haworth’s Ideation team, based in London. With over 15 years of international experience across the architecture and design industry, Jennifer consults with clients throughout EMEA, helping them to define organisational objectives, to measure the impact of culture, community and work styles on their workplace environments, and to provide insights and solution-led strategies that help them achieve their business goals.
Jennifer’s professional mantra – to “make work human” - was borne out of her involvement in developing early-adoption ‘third spaces’, whose success relied heavily on the role of community engagement, curation, and space activation. Her experience living and working in North America, Asia Pacific and now Europe offers her a unique perspective on the global workplace experience; she believes designing for culture is the key to creating truly impactful environments. Jennifer currently serves as Haworth’s representative on the Worktech Academy Partners’ board and collaborates with the Royal College of Art’s Helen Hamelyn Centre for Design, connecting clients and partners with new research and insights related to the world of work.
