Andras is leading the Global Real Estate Programme Management and Global Strategic Facilities Management departments at Bayer. His core responsibility is to lead global project teams on an international level, which create new and inspiring workplaces. He also drives the global Facilities Management strategy for Bayer to ensure alignment with the company`s sustainability development goals.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience in Consumer Goods, Pharma and Agriculture industry, he brings cross-industry knowledge that is supported additionally by his work experience in the UK, France, Poland, Hungary and Germany. He also has a Ph.D in Strategic Finance Management.
In his private life, Andras does Spartan races and charity runs. As a part of the Bayer running team, he recently contributed to complete the 550+ km Roparun charity race in the Netherlands, which supports and funds cancer patients treatments.
