Adriana Gouveia holds a degree in Communication Sciences and a Masters in Information Management: Marketing Intelligence from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. She began her career in the insurance sector in 2010 at Fidelidade Seguros. In the Marketing Department she worked in different areas such as Digital, Product and Innovation. While working in the Digital area she contributed to the development of new online channels, such as websites, customer login and mobile platforms. In 2014 she was appointed Head of Product and helped to develop and launch new automobile, life and health products. During 2016 she led the creation of the Innovation area and has since been responsible for its development. She is passionate about digital, technology and user experience that directly or indirectly impacts the Financial business.
