I have almost 18 years of experience in the management of shopping centres and retail asset management. Currently based in Nairobi, being responsible for the opening of the largest shopping mall-mixed use concept in Eastern Africa. Previously holding responsibility for European portfolio of Atterbury Investment Found, adapting South African knowledge and experience to the local market. In the years 2014-2016 I was also responsible for the creation of the new Retail Asset Management Department at Knight Frank in Poland. In my career I have worked for the companies Cefic Polska (1999-2002), Apsys Management (2002-2007) Avestus Real Estate (2007-2013), Jones Lang LaSalle (2013-2014) as the Director of shopping centres in Wrocław, Zabrze, Katowice, Sosnowiec and Gliwice. So far I has managed the following objects: CH BOREK in Wrocław, Shopping Centre 3 STAWY in Katowice, Geant in Sosnowiec and CH PLATAN in Zabrze. I was responsible for the opening of Platan Zabrze, Forum Gliwice, Borek Wrocław, Supersam Katowice shopping malls, and for the recommercialization of Forum in years 2011-2012. In 2000-2001 I was involved in the preparation of budgets for new projects of the company Cefic, including, among others, CH Arkadia and CH Wileńska. In 2011 I have been nominated to the industry prize: “Europaproperty CEE Retail Real Estate Awards” in category Shopping Center Director of The Year 2010. There are many marketing campaigns under my supervising, prized by the national and international juries, i.e. ICSC Solal Marketing Awards, in years 2009-2013. I am a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
