Bayan started her career in the FMCG industry with Unilever in 2010. She developed a solid understanding of Key Account Management and worked on the largest Key Account in Saudi as an assistant Key Account Manager. She continued to work for Unilever and was promoted to Modern Trade Customer Marketing Manager, Bayan was one of the key team members who established the function. She lead all the Joint Business Planning work with top customers in Saudi Arabia. Bayan is currently the General Manager for Al-Jaddah Holding Group, which is a major shareholder in a number of companies across industries. The operations of the sub companies vary from Executive Search, to Edutainment and Real Estate Development. Ever since joining the family business, Bayan has lead change management within the organization as well as restructuring the different companies to elevate talent caliber and enhance business performance. Coming from the corporate world to a family owned business equipped her with the right mind set to turn obstacles into challenging opportunities resulting in a more robust business process. Currently, Bayan is working as a part-time consultant with Amrop Saudi Arabia on Business Development and supporting the execution of certain projects. Bayan holds a BA in Business Management and an MSc in International Management for MENA from SOAS, the University of London.
