Bernd Kirchner, born in 1968 is accountable for the two HR Access Channels, HR Portal and HR Service line at Deutsche Bank. Before graduating with a diploma in Business Administration, he completed a bank apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank. Throughout his career at Deutsche Bank he held many different roles in the HR organisation and in key HR projects, such as HR Business Partner, Global Head of HR International, HR COO, HR Technology lead during the HR Transformation in 2006/7, PeopleSoft Implementation Lead. Bernd worked for 2 year in the US to reengineer the HR resourcing processes and to implement the corresponding tool in the two regions UK and US. He also gained a lot of experience in several outsourcing and offshoring initiatives.
